Make a Difference: Tips for Teaching Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing was developed to provide educators with guidelines to assist them when working with students who are deaf and hard of hearing.

The program was developed through a collaborative effort between the Postsecondary Education Consortium's Arkansas State Outreach & Technical Assistance Center and Project PACE at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Available on CD and in large print, Braille, audiotape and VHS.
