Requesting Interpreting Services-campus related

This form is available via a secure login to the entire FSU campus community. Sign in using your FSU user ID and Password. Note that if you are using Internet Explorer, append the @fsu.edu after your user name. If you have a my.fsu.edu account, only enter the @fsu.edu to your user name and not my.fsu.edu.If you are using any other browser to sign in, you do not have to append the @fsu.edu. This form should be used to request interpreting services for campus related functions outside of regularly scheduled classes.

This request must be submitted to SDRC at least 5 days prior to the date of your appointment otherwise we cannot guarantee that your request will be filled.
